Illuminations Reflections of Earth can be viewed all around Showcase Lagoon and there are plenty of viewing spots. Illuminations: Reflections of Earth is truly a wonderful finale to a busy Epcot day. Lasers and fireworks explode in the sky in a fantastic display that will get you clapping and pondering in equal measures. Pictures of the world’s progress and humanity are then illuminated on the globe’s surface before it blossoms into a lotus flower. This 12 minute production depicts the beginning of Earth portrayed by a glowing globe floating over the surface of the water. Epcot Forever will run from October 1st 2019 until a new permanent show debuts in 2020. It will be replaced by a brand new limited-time nighttime spectacular. The show is due to end a 20 year run on September 30th 2019. By far the most popular presentation in the World Showcase is the amazing Illuminations Reflections of Earth.
